Customer Service and Support Level 2 Apprenticeship

This is a great opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Apprentice at Orbital 10. We are looking to become the largest employer of Neurodiverse people in the country. Showing everybody, how it should be done. For this reason, we are currently only taking on students who are Neurodiverse.

Role

While working as a customer service apprentice, your day-to-day role will involve the following tasks:

  • Answering customer phone calls with a polite and professional demeanour
  • Raising support tickets and accurately assigning them to the appropriate tier for resolution

Serving customers in our shop, which includes:

  • Understanding customer inquiries and providing accurate answers
  • Recommending the right products based on customer needs
  • Processing customer transactions efficiently
  • Any other task or responsibility in line with the role

Training

  • Customer Service Level 2 Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • Weekly off-the-job training
  • Blended learning sessions either virtual or within the workplace
  • Functional Skills in maths & English (if required)
  • Level 2 Customer Service qualification upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship
  • There will be the opportunity to gain full-time, permanent employment after successful completion of the Apprenticeship
