Client Service Apprentice - Sheffield

ASK4 is growing and are looking for a motivated and dedicated apprentice to help us reach our ambitious goals. You will perform a crucial role as the administrative hub within the CSM team.

Role

At ASK4 Ltd, the team delivers connectivity and technology solutions to hundreds of thousands of users in multi-tenant buildings in three sectors, in multiple languages across thirteen countries.

Thanks to new investment we are recruiting to help support the company’s growth as well as maintain the high level of service that ASK4 is renowned for.

The Client Service department is an essential part of ASK4s growth. The team are responsible for ensuring our clients have the service they both expect and need.

Dealing with a variety of different issues and working across multiple teams to find a fix and successfully resolve any issue, driving client confidence and retention.

What you’ll be doing:

The Client Service Apprentice role will be varied the day to day of the role will include:

  • Collecting data and making reports for clients
  • Service Improvement Plans
  • Client Escalation Management
  • Preparing materials for presentations

Training

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. ASK4 will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

You will be working towards the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
  • Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional skills in maths and English if required

This will be delivered through ASK4's dedicated training provider, Realise. Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late 2020.
