Client Services & Marketing Assistant Apprentice

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation as a Customer Services Specialist Apprentice. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in end-to-end sales and customer interaction as part of a leading UK provider of Health and Safety training programmes.

Role

  • Leading the end-to-end sales interaction with an allocated customer portfolio

  • Managing sales internally within the organisation

  • Retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts

  • Generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close

  • Working to targets and sales forecasts

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services provided by Paragon Training

  • Process orders and payments

  • Carry out all necessary administrative duties

  • Maintain an up-to-date product knowledge in order to keep customers informed of our products and services

Training

  • Studying over 15 months to achieve a Customer Service Specialist level 3 qualification

  • Training delivered by specialised Tutors and Guest Speakers

  • Sessions delivered face to face and remotely over Microsoft Teams

  • You will gain a wealth of knowledge, skills and behaviours

  • Training delivered monthly or more regularly is required

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, we aim to employ the apprentice as a permanent member of staff. Opportunities will be provided to further develop your professional career within the company.
