We're part of Dalkia and provide a technically led facilities management service that can help reduce your carbon footprint, through enhancing building performance and asset optimisation. Using our leading edge technology, we work collaboratively with our clients to improve the workplace experience whilst saving money. We are committed to ensuring our apprentices enjoy their employment with us and we aim to retain our apprentices post course completion. We run multiple online and face to face training sessions covering topics such as customer service. We also run wellbeing programmes throughout the year and each apprentice can take a paid day’s leave to do something in their community or for charity. We also host 2 x face to face events per year, solely for our apprentices. We encourage apprentices to explore our various contracts within Dalkia and managers are given the autonomy to release their apprentice onto other contracts from time to time. This is stimulating for the apprentices as it gives them the exposure to different customers, environments, and tasks.
