Business Central Finance Consultant

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet our clients' unique business needs. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirement gathering, configuration, customisation, and testing.

  Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  
  
• 
  
  Solution Design: Design and document functional and technical specifications based on client requirements.
  
  
• 
  
  Customisation and Integration: Customise Business Central solutions and integrate with other systems as needed.
  
  
• 
  
  Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they can effectively use Business Central to its full potential.
  
  
• 
  
  Project Management: Manage project time lines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project completion.
  
  
• 
  
  Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Business Central features and industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  
  
• 
  
  Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
  
  
• 
  
  Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central. Knowledge of AL programming language is desirable.
  
  
• 
  
  Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
  
• 
  
  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

  Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  
• 
  
  Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
