D365 & Power Platform Conultant

Brighton - Hybrid 1-2 days per week

83zero is working with a rapidly growing Dynamics 365 & Power Platform consultancy, to lead projects involving a variety of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. You will provide innovative solutions beyond core functionalities, including Microsoft Cloud Services and 3rd-party technologies. This client-facing role demands professionalism, collaboration, and technical expertise, working closely with Sales and Delivery teams while independently driving projects and mentoring others.

• Provide technical expertise to Sales and Delivery teams; participate in pre-sales client meetings.
• Lead or support requirement-gathering workshops, aligning client needs with Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities.
• Manage project builds, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Design and implement workflows, automations, chatbots, and AI solutions.
• Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Share technical knowledge with the Client Success team.
• Stay current with Dynamics and Power Platform updates and maintain relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Support the development of re-usable intellectual property for the company.

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience developing complex apps and custom pages.
• Knowledge of Power BI and 3rd-party integrations.
• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification is required.
• Power Platform Developer certifications and hands-on experience with Dynamics and Power Platform tools.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications, licensing, and data security models.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver complex solutions.
