What you’ll be doing

As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and providing comprehensive support to ensure seamless integration into production environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimising the MLOps platform to streamline the ML lifecycle.
  • Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient development, testing and deployment processes.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to drive innovation and excellence in AI solutions.
  • Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of machine learning workloads through robust infrastructure management.
  • Championing best practices for writing production-quality code and implementing robust ML frameworks.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing MLOps pipelines.
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks, particularly SageMaker and MLFlow.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with production environment experience.
  • Expertise in infrastructure management using Terraform/similar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Base salary of up to £80,000 plus bonus (15-25%).
