Job Title: Junior .NET Developer
Location: Wakefield
Salary: £25,000

Allegiance Group is looking for a passionate Junior .NET Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build their career in software development, working on a variety of projects for different clients, with a focus on C# and .NET technologies

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web portals using C# and .NET
• Integrate external APIs to streamline functionalities across different platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes
• Support and troubleshoot issues in existing applications
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in the .NET ecosystem

Technical Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET framework
• Understanding of API integration and web development principles
• Familiarity with SQL databases and basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies
