Senior Implementation Consultant- Banner SIS

Remote based role based anywhere in the UK with up to 25% travel to customer sites. Salary between £45- £62K depending on experience plus bonus and excellent company benefits.

My client is a higher education technology consultancy who are looking to grow their team in the UK. They are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant with Banner Student Information Systems (SIS ) implementation experience. 

Responsibilities for the Senior Implementation Consultant- Banner SIS:

• Responsible for all aspects related to the implementation of Banner SIS, including driving delivery improvement and working with customers in the UK Higher Education sector
• Collaborating with teams and peers to ensure customer and project expectations are exceeded
• Driving innovative and transformative strategies which lead to successful cloud implementations
• Proactively preparing for and delivering high quality implementation consulting services
• Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilisation targets

Requirements for the Senior Implementation Consultant- Banner SIS:

• Banner SIS experience, 5+ years 
• Implementation and upgrade experience with Banner SIS, 3+ years
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate to stakeholders and project leaders both internally and externally
• Enabling delivery readiness, problem solving and root cause analysis
• Experience developing and mentoring other consultants
• Strong prioritisation skills, able to manage activities based on business impact
• Able to multi task and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services- up to 25% of your time (not a weekly requirement, but a fews days as and when needed)
• Must be based and have the right to work in the UK
