A leading consultancy-based organisation is currently looking to recruit a Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant
be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions for clients. As the successful Oracle Functional Payroll Consultant, you will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their payroll processes and business requirements, translating these into effective system design and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with clients to understand client business needs.
- Configure Oracle Payroll Cloud modules and support configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Payroll Cloud applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, pursue, and support new business opportunities and develop tailored Payroll Cloud solutions for prospective clients.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Assist in the creation of bid responses, solution proposals, and other sales collateral.
Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation and consulting in a complex project environment.
- Minimum of 2 full end to end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation.
- Strong understanding of Payroll processes, product capabilities, roadmap, and best practices.
- Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle Payroll Cloud modules.
- Additional skills and experience in implementing at least one or more of the following products such as Core HR, Time, Absence, Compensation & Benefits would be desirable.
- Oracle Payroll Cloud certification preferred.
