Working on a hybrid-basis (choice of any 3 days in the office and 2 days from home M-F), within the mobile solutions team you will be responsible for the design, build, maintenance, and release of all mobile applications in their portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring peers, showcasing solutions, and promoting best practices within the team. Their collaborative approach involves regular interaction with product managers, designers, backend developers, and test engineers. They really value innovation and encourage the team to bring forward new ideas and engage in continuous learning using the Scrum methodology.

As a Mobile Applications Software Developer, you will:
- Develop mobile applications using C# and transition from Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI / .NET 8.
- Implement and maintain MVVM design patterns, leveraging frameworks like Prism.
- Conduct unit and UI testing, utilising tools such as Appium.
- Apply strong object-oriented programming principles.
- Manage source control using Git in ADO.
- Work with SQL databases and SQLite.

- Demonstrable experience in building high-quality mobile applications.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and inspiring team members.
- A keen interest in UX/UI design, adhering to Apple and Google's Human Interface Guidelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues with clarity.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and best practices.
