My client is and end-user based in Manchester who are about to undergo an AX2012 to D365FO transformation programme, and they're looking for an experienced Systems Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for the overall governance of the D365 system
• You'll oversee the LCS (configuration life-cycle services) ahead of the move to Power Platform
• Play an integral part in handling Microsoft updates, ensuring they are actioned methodically, and in a timely manner

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 year's experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proven experience in overseeing LCS and managing system updates.
• Experience with the Power Platform is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Life-cycle Services (LCS), and the Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and best practices for enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in system testing, validation, and project management methodologies.
