We are working with a Big 4 Consultancy who are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Oracle HCM Director to come in and work on large bids, the role is 75% delivery focused.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to make a big impact and a real difference in one of the world's leading Oracle HCM practices.

The role:

• Delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM programmes.
• Lead on business development and sales initiatives.
• Stakeholder management to stakeholders of all levels.
• Lead growth of the Oracle HCM Practice.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in delivering Oracle Cloud programmes.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle.
• Strong consulting background.
• Experience in leading business development / sales initiatives.
