Junior Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Junior Power BI Developer to join the Business Transformation team within Apogee. This is an opportunity to join a growing team in an exciting period of transformation where you will be at the forefront of shaping how the business uses data & insight.

The Power BI Developer will work closely with colleagues across the business to implement high quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting. They will use data modelling, predictive modelling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes. The right person for the job will apply their knowledge of analysis platforms like PowerBI to solve the challenge of providing real world users with easy to digest, impactful data.

Duties:

• Providing end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions.
• Gathering, clarifying, and developing requirements with stakeholders.
• Building and delivering Power BI training.
• Creating and maintaining complete and accurate solution design documents
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables
• Assist in identifying requirements for quality control and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organisational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects using data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide business decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities.
