Applause IT are looking for a motivated Junior SQL Developer to join a dynamic Data Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to a growing business and play a key role in integrating data from various sources into a unified data warehouse. You'll work closely with stakeholders across all departments, senior developers, and data analysts to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities for the SQL Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from systems like Salesforce, Navision, and bespoke software systems such as a learning management system and HR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the data warehouse.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Develop and maintain data models for integration processes.
• Assist with Salesforce development, focusing on user administration and object flows.

Required Skills:

• Experience with ETL processes
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Beneficial Skills:

• Familiarity with Salesforce administration.
• Experience with Navision or Business Central
• Knowledge of programming in Java.
