Applications Support Specialist - Birmingham/Hybrid - £35K

Austin Fraser is currently supporting an award-winning and innovative educational recruitment organisation. They are now looking to onboard an experienced Applications Support Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring that all business divisions are fully up to date with systems and processes.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of recruitment applications, proven experience with Microsoft tools and excellent communication skills. 

• Good understanding of recruitment applications such as Bullhorn for Salesforce, TempAid, Broadbean and Access Pay & Bill. 
• Proven experience with Microsoft tools. 
• Understanding of payroll/finance systems and processes.
