Responsible for developing high-quality gaming applications. You will work closely with our clients design and development teams to create immersive and interactive experiences for our players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, specifically with Pixi.js and TypeScript, and a passion for gaming.

Location: London based - flexible working 

Salary: Dependent on experience - negotiable 

Role overview:

• Develop and maintain high-quality gaming applications using Pixi.js and TypeScript.
  
  
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging and interactive gaming experiences.
  
  
• Optimize game performance and ensure a seamless user experience across various platforms and devices.
  
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve the performance and reliability of our games.
  
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
  
  
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.
  
  

Skills / Qualifications required: 

• Proven experience in software development, particularly with Pixi.js and TypeScript.
  
  
• Strong understanding of game development principles and techniques.
  
  
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  
  
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for games.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• Passion for gaming and a strong desire to create exceptional gaming experiences.
