Location: Basingstoke
Salary: Up to £40,000 + OTE (20% comms on all new business)
Aztrum is pleased to be working with a reputable IT & Comms service provider in their search for an established Business Development Manager to join the team in Basingstoke. This firm delivers SMEs with trusted services including cloud technology, comms, networking & managed IT services across the country & is looking to expand in the Basingstoke region.
The successful candidate should come from a Sales background, specifically having worked as a BDM for an MSP/VAR & should be knowledgeable around IT technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clientele.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM software.
