Aztrum is excited to be representing a leading Managed Service Provider who provide comprehensive technology solutions to our clients anchored around Microsoft and Azure stacks. 

My client is looking for a technically astute technical expert and trusted advisor to work closely with the sales team to drive business growth by delivering excellent pre-sales support. 

Responsibilities for the role:

Pre Sales Support:

• Engage in pre-sales activities, working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth technical discussions and presentations with clients, showcasing our product and service offerings and their benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements

Solutions Design and Proposal Development: 

• Analyze customer environments and requirements to design effective technology solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals, statements of work (SOW), and other sales documentation.

Essentials for the role:

• Comfortable and confident working in a customer-facing environment
• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions architecture role, preferably within the managed services and technology reseller industry.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud computing, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with a wide range of technology vendors and their products.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure / M365, Juniper) are highly desirable.
