Apprenticeship role within a small friendly team. B.B. Price Ltd are UK's principal manufacturer of galvanized forgings and presswork for the overhead line electricity industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain an entry level role within business administration, with a view to long-term placement in a company with good staff retention.
Role
- Entering sales orders
- Raising manufacturing cards
- Booking in and issuing manufacturing orders
- Updating/checking stock
- Producing packing lists/Raising despatch notes
- Sales invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Booking in goods received
- Filing
- Speaking to suppliers/customers
- Email correspondence
- Assist the senior office administrator with administrative tasks in the day to day efficient running of the office
Training
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification
- Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and english if required.
- The training will be carried out at the business no day release will be required. The coach will do a visit once monthly.
- Full-time employment if successful throughout the apprenticeship.
