Salary: £54,793 - £60,326+ depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting impacted people and end users with adopting and adapting to new ways of working, including Senior Leaders and Sponsors within the Digital Engineering Programme
- Developing business change management plans independently for the Digital Engineering Programme
- Carrying out business change activities including; Business Change Complexity Assessment, Impact Assessment and Business Readiness Assessment
- Providing regular and meaningful engagement with stakeholders on Digital Engineering Programme, such as Roadshows, Spotlight WebEx's, All Hands Briefings
- Conducting regular Culture Surveys & Customer Satisfaction Surveys with impacted employees to gain insights for improvements
- Ensuring business change management activities are incorporated and embedded into Project Lifecycle Management activities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Hold the APMG Business Change Management Foundation qualification
- Demonstrate relevant business change management experience
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Ability to think analytically, to resolve problems and to identify solutions and causes
- Possess emotional intelligence, capable of understanding the impact of actions on others
- Experience of negotiating and influencing stakeholders
Desirable:
- Hold the APMG Business Change Management Practitioner qualification, or similar i.e., Prosci

The Digital Engineering team:
The Digital Engineering Programme is an exciting opportunity working with FCAS, Falcon Works, GCAP & in-service platforms providing the ability for us to design, build, integrate, certify and operate our systems and products at pace.
