Job Title: Product Delivery Portfolio Manager

Salary: £80k+ depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Management of Product
- Development of overall Delivery Portfolio for IMT
- Accountable for the schedule and financial performance of active delivery projects
- Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met, and demand is prioritised across the project portfolio
- Responsible for project performance management and forecasting - reporting to IMT Function, Engineering Programmes and MOD Customer
- Responsible for Vendor Management within delivery projects
Your skills and experiences:
- University level education or professional qualifications gained through industry
- Background in complex IT programme delivery
- Experience in managing enterprise system projects
- Experience in managing complex Vendor relationships
- Understanding of Agile Delivery Principals
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, commercial negotiations
- Experience in leading/ influencing senior leadership within a business
- Experience in delivery of Siemens Toolsets (Teamcenter, Simcenter, NX, Capital)

The IM&T Product Development Product Group:
The IM&T Product Development Group defines, delivers, and supports Engineering IT capabilities for the BAE Submarines Programmes. This role involves leading the delivery of a portfolio of large-scale enterprise projects within the group. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
