IT Apprentice
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT- Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Providing remote first line support.
Role
You will be involved with the following tasks such as:
- Providing remote first line support
- Desktop migrations from one domain to another Office 365
- Mailbox setup and configuration Active Directory configuration (users and computers)
- Windows PC and laptop roll outs
- Installing printer and toners
- Travelling to NHS sites and providing preventative maintenance support
Training
- Level 3 Information communications technician qualification

- Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
- Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.
- Full time role is available for the right candidate and career progression opportunities after successful completion of the apprenticeship programme
- Numerous former apprentices are now in senior positions currently conducting interviews to manage new apprentices
