Senior Agile Project Manager

Hybrid - Glasgow Office based 2 Days a week

Salary up to £70,000 with 10% bonus

In this role, you will oversee a significant transformation programme, ensuring the successful execution of development sprints and managing the collaboration between development teams and stakeholders. You will lead and deliver key strategic initiatives, providing comprehensive project management across planning, governance, reporting, resourcing, and budgeting.

Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery and deployment of work packages that incrementally enhance the company's flagship in-house product. As part of the project leadership group, you will engage with the executive board and customers throughout the delivery process. You will handle multiple development streams of varying sizes and timelines, requiring strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic assignments with a focus on planning, governance, reporting, resourcing, and budgeting.
• Manage end-to-end delivery and deployment of incremental work packages.
• Engage with the executive board and customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle multiple development streams with varying sizes and timelines.
• Agile Delivery Management including project planning, budgeting, risk, and issue management.

Key Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master ( with significant experience as a Scrum Master) and PRINCE2 or equivalent PM certification.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex product development and delivery teams using Agile approaches.
• Profound understanding of Agile values and principles.
• Proven track record in delivery management of teams of more than 20 people
