NET Developer

.Net Developer - £45,000 to £55,000 - Stafford (Hybrid)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Software Developer to join a dynamic and growing team. They're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual eager to learn and become an integral part of their team. This is a fully hybrid role that can be fulfilled from the office or remotely, with occasional travel to the office.

Role Overview:

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting all aspects of my client's product. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with their Commercial Team to capture requirements, write specifications, and develop the necessary solutions. A solid understanding of Azure's cloud hosting technologies and true full-stack capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Fully supporting the production codebase
• Developing new product features
• Managing our Azure cloud infrastructure
• Assisting with Sprint planning
• Maintaining Azure Dev/Ops
• Supporting the Commercial Director and wider team with IT/Development matters as required

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrable knowledge of software development theories and practices
• Excellent understanding of Azure Cloud technologies and Azure Dev/Ops (pipelines, branching, and Repos)
• Proficiency in C# .NET Core 6/7
• Experience with MVC and SQL
• Strong skills in JavaScript including jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of GitHub
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, MSSQL
• Flexible and motivated approach to growth and success

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of Apache Solr and search technology
• Working knowledge of Bash Scripting or Python Scripting
• Exposure to SAAS-based applications and products
• A well-rounded skill set with a commitment to driving quality
