Job title: Network LAN Analyst / 2nd Line Support / 3rd Line support

Location: Larne
Contract details: 12 months (inside IR35)
Hybrid: 3 days on site

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Network LAN Analyst professional?

Opportunity to work on a variety of incidents with a wide range of people. Will be working with all facilities over region. Depending on their skillset, there could be an opportunity to work on other network related projects.

Role:

You will act as the first point of contact for all Network related incidents, LAN/WLAN/WAN by either resolving the incident or passing on to more specialised analyst, after initial triage and information gathering.

This role will also manage the incident and task queue for EAME network services, ensuring incident tickets are assigned to the correct assignment group, and are, where possible, resolved within agreed SLA/MTTR targets. and will run weekly ITSM incident meetings with the EAME network team, discussing difficult tickets/tasks.

This role will also work with local business unit contacts to fulfil small RITM based requests EG. IP scope expansions, FSZ, Switch stack expansions etc.This role should also be capable of providing LAN designs for small demand based projects e.g. EOL

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Primarily Providing adhoc level 2 support or Level 3 remote support for network related LAN/WAN/WLAN, managing incident ticket queue for EAME Network service assignment groups.
• Acting as first point of contact for all network related incidents in region and attempting to resolve or passing on to more specialised analysts.
• Responding to small RITM tasks - IP scope changes, FSZ request etc
• LAN designs for small Demand projects as and when required.

• Must have Cisco experience - working with Cisco network. CCNA and/or CCNP qualifications, anything higher would be desirable. Alternatively, experience working with Cisco switches.
