Software Project Delivery Manager - No Code Platforms

Our client helps organisations with their systems and processes and develops bespoke no-code software platforms to manage daily business operations.

Due to the ongoing success of their business, they are working with us to source a dynamic individual to join their team in a Software Project Delivery Role. Working with no code platforms such as Make and Xapier and Knack

The role will be customer facing, supporting and onboarding clients, developing an understanding of their business and what they are looking to achieve, working with new and existing clients as well as supporting them with new solutions as their businesses grow and develop new needs.  

The Project Delivery Manager will coordinate and in time, lead the team, to complete client projects to a high standard and on time.

The Job

Working with clients to come up with solutions using your knowledge of good business practice and no-code software

Building testing, adapting and adjusting, demos with clients, then working on the next feature.

Initiating and running client review and demo meetings

Developing the apps

Connecting the app to other platforms such as Xero, G Drive, CRMs, using the Make (Integromat) automation.

Working on own client projects, whilst coordinating 2-3 freelancers.

 

Ideal Candidates:

 

  • Will have knowledge/experience of No Code Platforms.
  • Will IDEALLY have knowledge/experience of Make and or Xapier
  • May have a project management qualification such as either Lean 6 Sigma, APMP, Agile or Prince 2.
  • Will have experience working in this industry in a client facing role
  • Will be a credible articulate individual with great communication skills
  • May have basic coding skills
  • May have a project management qualification such as either Lean 6 Sigma, APMP, Agile or Prince 2.
  • Will be able to lead and coordinate others with maturity and clarity
  • Will have a good all-round understanding of how a business works, business functions etc.
  • Will be ready to contribute to the growth of the business both in terms of client work and design and implementation of internal business process to drive efficiency.

In time, there will be a bonus/profit share scheme for which this post holder will qualify.

You will work from home with occasional team and client meetings so own transport is required.  The company HQ is in Beaconsfield

This is a full time employed role.

 

The Working Pattern is Flexible. You will work a total of 37.5 hours per week with a core 5 hours per day to be worked between 9 and 4 to suit.

You will have 25 days holidays plus 8 days bank holidays.
