2 Days a week on site in Warwick
£350pd (Inside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team providing cross-functional analysis, facilitation, and collaboration to ensure effective delivery of outcomes.
 
Key Accountabilities

• Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions with business SMEs and stakeholders across all project streams.
• Stakeholder management across project workstreams
• Reporting Requirements
• Document all requirements to a high standard
• User story, process mapping, data models, data diagrams and other BA analysis
• Identifying business problems across all streams
• Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Creating/Developing test scripts, managing feedback loops, and ensure business solutions are met and agree
• Contribute to change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning to facilitate smooth transitions.

 
Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in transformation or finance-related project
• Prepare and run workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Business Process Modelling, full lifecycle management
• Previously worked on multiple workstreams, Data, finance, reporting, development, mentoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from operational to executive levels.
• Proficient at translating complex business problems into actionable, structured requirements.
• Understanding of cost-centre management, financial reporting, or organisational learning is highly desirable.
• Visio, Miro, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
