Job Title: CLM Administrator (Salesforce and DocuSign)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CLM Administrator to manage and optimise our DocuSign and Salesforce integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in DocuSign CLM workflows and templates and will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and DocuSign systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain DocuSign CLM and Salesforce platforms to ensure proper integration and functionality.
- Develop, implement, and manage DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the integration of DocuSign and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on DocuSign and Salesforce functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practises in CLM and Salesforce technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CLM Administrator with a focus on DocuSign and Salesforce integration.
- Strong knowledge of DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting integration between Salesforce and DocuSign.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Certification in DocuSign CLM or Salesforce Administration is a plus
