Role Overview:
The Conversational AI Product Manager will drive the development and implementation of AI-driven conversational solutions. This role involves shaping the future of customer engagement, working with cross-functional teams to create technologically advanced products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
 
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for conversational AI solutions, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with client teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritise customer requirements, ensuring products meet and exceed user needs.
- Develop detailed product specifications and user stories, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve.
- Act as the product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and drive adoption of conversational AI solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continually enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
- Candidate needs to have Gov experience and working to GDS standards would be ideal
- Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, natural language processing (NLP), and chatbot frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- A passion for innovation and a track record of successfully bringing new products to market.
