Data Test Engineer

We are looking for a meticulous Data Test Engineer to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of developing and executing test plans to guarantee that our data solutions meet the highest standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute manual test plans and scripts.
- Utilise DataBricks for testing data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform automated testing using Selenium.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity.
- Generate data reports and visualisations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and testing processes.
- Maintain and update testing documentation and best practises.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in DataBricks.
- Experience with Selenium for automated testing.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation.
