We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to architect and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end business solutions while ensuring adherence to best practises and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical architecture and development of Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Oversee the design and development of Power Automate flows, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Manage Azure DevOps pipelines for the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of Power Platform solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other third-party systems.
- Work closely with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) to define governance policies and best practises.
- Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts for Power Platform solutions, focusing on performance optimisation.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions for internal teams.

Deliverables:
- Well-architected Power Platform solutions, including technical design documents that outline solution architecture and data models.
- Established governance and security guidelines for Power Platform implementations.
- Efficient Azure DevOps pipelines for deployment processes.
- Integration strategies for connecting Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
- Knowledge-sharing and training sessions to empower internal teams.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps for managing pipelines, repositories, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Strong experience in developing complex Power Automate flows and automation scenarios.
- Familiarity with integration techniques for connecting Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
- Proven ability in debugging and troubleshooting Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualisation and embedding reports in Power Apps.
- Advanced skills in Dataverse and SQL for data modelling and performance optimisation.
- Understanding of ALM and governance practises related to Power Platform CoE.
