travel to newcastle once per month for 2 days
£550 - £575 (Outside IR35) Depending on experience

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead our clients Data Platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data products and will be experienced in working with platforms such as Quantexa and Data Bricks.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Data Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise product requirements.
• Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects stakeholder needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement of the product.
• Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement to drive data-informed decisions.

 
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the data product domain.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and tools, specifically Quantexa and Data Bricks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
