Principal DevSecOps Engineer

Brio Digital are proud to be supporting a financial services company who are looking for a Cloud Security Engineer with expertise in DevSecOps and cloud security.

Cyber Security Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security controls across AWS environments, ensuring secure cloud architecture and compliance
• Secure Kubernetes and Docker containers, focusing on vulnerability management and hardening practices
• Integrate security tools and practices into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security is an integral part of the development lifecycle
• Use Terraform to automate security infrastructure and enforce policy-as-code
• Perform regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams to implement security best practices

Cyber Security Engineer Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud security (IAM, VPC, EC2, etc.)
• Expertise in securing Kubernetes and Docker environments
• Proficient in integrating security within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and security automation
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS benchmarks, OWASP)

Salary; Up-to £115,000
