DevOps Team Lead

Bristow Holland is looking for a DevOps Team Lead for an exciting new role in Stowmarket. This is a 50% remote position where you will build and develop the team responsible for IT environments critical to the business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the DevOps team to support IT Infrastructure, Development teams, and end users.
• Analyse requirements for new platforms with IT and business representatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective resource allocation and talent development.
• Deliver services and platforms using DevOps methodologies.
• Act as product owner for standard software frameworks, APIs, and libraries.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of IT platforms.

Key Skills:

• Experience with multiple platforms for IT stakeholders.
• Proficiency in DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with technology stacks such as .NET, Oracle, and Python.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure (networking, cloud, servers, firewalls).
• Ability to lead and collaborate with software developers.
• Experience managing APIs and enterprise-level platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies.
