Junior Systems Administrator

A brand new opportunity has arisen to join this leading business in Bury St Edmunds for an ambitious technical support specialist looking to build their skills and career by taking the lead on a wide array of future projects as the business conitnues to invest heavily in their IT infrastructure.  Working directly alongside the IT Manager and a wider support team you will take a key role in delivering a number of infrastructure related projects including:

• Delivering new office openings including all network infrastructure, workstations and devices, increasing server and data storage capacity, network security and VoIP 
• Full company wide hardware refresh including the implementation of MSIntune for MDM and MAM
• Data Governance project 
• Significant ongoing investment in the Azure cloud and O365 environment 

The successful candidate will have good all round IT support experience and be looking for the next step in their career from a service desk or junior engineer type role and this position will offer you the chance to work towards your Microsoft365 and Azure certifications.
