D365 CRM Developer

The Role

As they continue to grow, my client is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant/Developer to contribute to their ongoing success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a varied and rewarding career in an organization that values and invests in its employees.

In this role, reporting to the CRM Technical Lead, you will provide support for both business-as-usual operations and exciting projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will act as the technical expert for Dynamics 365 within the organization, providing hands-on support for project implementations and software extensions using Power Platform and Azure. Additionally, you will offer guidance to ensure the system is utilized to its full potential and provide technical support across various business areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve and refine existing solutions while proposing new ones in response to business needs.
• Develop relevant project documentation, including functional and technical designs.
• Implement code and configuration changes, as well as review modifications made by internal or external resources.
• Enhance development, testing, and release processes by creating tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft updates and provide impact assessments for the organization.
• Resolve tickets by collaborating with business areas and facilitating changes with external suppliers.

To be successful, you should have extensive experience in a Microsoft Partner environment, with hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Recent Microsoft Accredited Qualifications are highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for developing and maintaining effective working relationships across teams.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and .Net within the Dynamics 365 stack, with experience creating PlugIns, Function Apps, Workflows, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration.
• Familiarity with the MS Power Platform.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI Reporting.
• Extensive experience deploying large-scale production systems, including data migration and code merging.
• Knowledge of architectural styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
