Lead Developer (C++)
Salary: Up to £55,000 | Hybrid/Remote

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on Lead Developer to join a dynamic and innovative company. You will play a key role in leading a team of developers, working closely with game designers, artists, and QA to ensure the successful development and delivery of engaging slot games. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across all aspects of game development.
• Assign and manage development resources, ensuring the right projects are assigned to the right developers.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and project management to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries.
• Participate in code reviews and support junior developers in improving coding standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and maintain code stability.
• Stay hands-on as a developer, contributing to active projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in slot game development.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.).
• Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role.
• Knowledge of slot game mechanics and development principles.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, Bitbucket).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for gaming and complex logic systems.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
