IT Support Technician

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join our client based in Uxbridge.

The successful IT Support Technician will be responsible for:

• Management and support of equipment and phones for all staff
• Being the first point of contact and support for all issues that arise
• Ordering and inventory control including, but not limited to IT and phone equipment
• Installation of workstations via software distribution (PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company specific software)
• Support of problems with various Microsoft components
• Various projects including company intranet and new system implementation
• Basic level network infrastructure support and management

The IT Support Technician will have:

• Degree education
• Ability to effectively analyse and communicate data and software
• Successful management of projects within a previous role
• Full driving licence
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Interest in project work
