A local authority in London is undertaking a huge ERP transformation programme. They are seeking an exceptional HR Workstream Lead to assist in achieving their ambitious goal of reshaping ways or working, behaviours and operating models.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

• covering all aspects of HR:
  • HCM, Payroll, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning, MI, Case Management, Pay and reward.
• Leadership alignment
• Strategic direction
• Roadmapping
• Key stakeholder management
• Regular workstream review
• identifying risks and issues
• Delivery of key outputs and outcomes
• collaborating with other workstream leads
• Aligning with programme design principles

Required Experience/Skills:

• Engaging with senior leadership
• Project management skills
• ERP delivery experience, preferably within the public sector
• Technology transformation
• Change management
• Understanding of the current HR technology landscape
• Demonstrable political sensitivity
• Leadership experience
• Confidence and resilience
