Lead Embedded Software Engineer

ROLE: Senior Embedded SW Engineer

LOCATION: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

START: Immediate

DURATION: 6 months

RATE: up to £75ph (Outside IR35)

I'm recruiting on behalf of an international engineering business in Tewkesbury who are looking for an experienced Embedded SW Engineer to lead the development of a new product. 

Skills required for the Senior Embedded SW Engineer are:

• Embedded C (some C++ ideal)
• ARM / STM32 micros
• Safety-critical / highly regulated industry exposure
• Bare-metal and RTOS exposure (any RTOS considered)
• Strong hardware/electronics understanding

Beneficial skills are:

• Safety-critical indsutry exposure in the following: medical, automotive, avionics, oil and gas

* Some work can be done remotely but frequent visits to site (at least 1/2 per week) for HW testing and meetings is required
