Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
The City of Lincoln Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to work within their Tenancy Services Team. Communication and negotiation skills are key to this role and will involve having contact with tenants, tenants’ groups, social landlords, colleagues in Housing and within other Directorates of the Council.
Role
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Updating of records and various IT systems
- To provide administrative support to the team
- To manage appointments for visiting staff through the agreed diary system
- To arrange meetings, workshops, conference calls for Housing Officers
- To respond to letters, phone calls and memoranda
- To manage the team’s Workflow trays daily.
- To carry out tenancy checks for items such as right to buy applicants and aids and adaptations requests.
- Responding to complaints of anti-social behaviour
Training
- Business Administrator Level 3 Standard qualification
- The qualification will be achieved within the work place over the duration of the programme
