An industry disrupting start up, who are building their service offering backed by innovative technology are bringing software development in-house and are now seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spear head the next phase in their success story.

The role will offer you the chance to play a key role with the opportunity to truly have your voice heard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Shape and drive their technology strategy.
• Lead the development and integration of tech offerings and internal processes.
• Design and architect new product features and enhancements, collaborating with off-shore resources as required.
• Define and develop the technology roadmap with the business founders.

Key skills needed

• Proven experience as a full-stack software developer.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL database design and troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge of .NET/C# and industry best practices.
• Experience in integrating third-party applications and developing middleware.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and manage off-shore development teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Ability to define project scopes and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
