1st line Support Engineer Role:

  • Offer support to customers to solve queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Logging tickets & managing emails
  • Resolve issues related to services provided 
  • Maintaining a log of data
  • Relaying information to relevant internal teams when needed
  • Carry out software testing

1st line Support Engineer Requirements:

  • 1st Line Support and remote troubleshooting experience
  • Confident in your approach to converse
  • Genuine passion for your field and future progression
  • Able to adapt under pressure and identify priority of tasks

Desirables:

  • MS SQL 

As the 1st Line Support Engineer you will be in office Monday-Friday, with a salary between £24,000-£27,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
