Job Title: Product Owner

Location: UK, Chester (Hybrid-3 days a week onsite)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments systems or banking technology.
• Proven track record of managing payments projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing product backlogs.

Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Understanding of payment processing systems, banking operations, and financial technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Certifications:

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management Professional (PMP), or similar credentials are desirable.
