Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: UK, Chester (Hybrid-3 days a week onsite)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (meetings) and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Coach Product Owner and Dev Team on Scrum and Agile principles.
- Remove roadblocks and empower the team to self-organize.
- Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Bridge communication between Dev Team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
- Promote transparency through Scrum artifacts (like product backlog).
