**About the Role:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Senior PHP Web Developer, you will be responsible for building distributed services, including tools and features for high-performance eCommerce websites, retail business process tools, EPoS systems, mobile application services, and more. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing new features and maintaining existing ones for the client's commerce platform.
- Working with MVC OOP PHP, MySQL, and basic JS/HTML/CSS.
- Solving client problems using a centralized logging system
- Integrating with third-party systems, such as couriers.
- Writing specifications based on client requirements and estimating completion times.
- Reviewing and improving code through pull requests.
- Ensuring the reliability and performance of current and new features.
- Handling back-end deployments as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

**Essential:**
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience, particularly in eCommerce or other complex applications.
- Proficiency in OOP PHP (7.*), software design patterns, and MySQL databases.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Familiarity with Apache or Nginx and basics of Linux.

**Desirable:**
- Familiarity with PSR coding standards and open-source frameworks (e.g., Zend, Symfony, Laravel).
- Experience developing APIs or SDKs.
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch (NoSQL search), Jenkins for CI/CD, GCP or AWS.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and basics of Docker/Containers.
