ROLE : Photocopier Field Service Engineer

LOCATION : Lancashire

• Service, repair, and maintenance of MFDs
• Achieve high first-time fix rates for calls
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product training
• Manage vehicle stock
• Cover the areas of Lancashire

We are looking for experienced photocopier or break-fix service engineers living within the specified areas who can offer:

• Strong customer-facing skills and experience
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of industry best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Proven technical experience in electro-mechanical systems
• Excellent IT knowledge, including networking

• £28,500 + bonus (Monday to Friday - no weekend work or anti social hours!)
