IT Technician

Job Title: IT Technician

Location: Fakenham

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum

Cooper Lomaz are working with a business located near Fakenham in search of an IT Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This position will see you join an established IT team.

Role Overview:

As an IT Technician, you will be experienced in providing in-person support to colleagues across all levels, offering outstanding customer service. The role will involve supporting two different sites in close proximity to each other. You will be supporting the charity's existing IT infrastructure and aiding its growth.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support, acting as the first point of contact for all technical-related issues.
• Support the charity's network and infrastructure.
• Maintain technical equipment, such as CCTV, printers, and PA systems, and keep the asset management system up to date.
• Install and maintain cameras, microphones, and mobile PA systems.
• Install new network cables.
• Deploy new hardware to end users, including laptops and PCs.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with Windows operating systems.
• Experience working with Active Directory and Office 365.
• History of troubleshooting across 1st and 2nd line support.
• Ability to support CCTV systems, including installation and cabling.

Salary & Location:

• This role is based close to Fakenham; however, you will be supporting two sites in close proximity.
• Due to the location, access to your own car and a driving licence is essential.
• £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• This position is a full-time permanent post and will be 5 days per week, including weekends.
