BI Analyst

In this position, you will:

• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain data accuracy, ensuring the integrity of all reports and dashboards.
• Support and train team members in leveraging Power BI effectively for their roles.

• Create compelling data visualizations and reports in Power BI.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes.
• Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Work closely with various departments to align data reporting with business goals.

• Proven experience with Power BI and creating advanced dashboards.
• Synapse experince
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
